1. Returns window
For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
2. How to request a return
Contact us via the Contact page with your order number to request a return authorization.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
4. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Gift cards, sale items, and bundles marked final sale are not eligible for return.
